报告题目: The Lambda-positivity of $e$-positive graphs

Abstract

We present Lambda-positive noncommutative analogs of the chromatic symmetric function of some graphs, which implies both the $e$-positivity and Schur positivity of the graphs. It often turns out that certain noncommutative analog has a concise formula, which implies a convenient way of calculating explicit $e$-coefficients and a new approach of confirming the $e$-positivity of graphs of special structures.

报告人简介: 王国亮，北京理工大学数学教授，研究方向是代数组合。他于2010年获南开大学博士学位，曾在北京国际数学研究中心和以色列海法大学做博士后工作四年，曾访问美国麻省理工学院一年和法国 Gaspard-Monge 信息实验室半年，分别任访问副教授和高级研究学者。王国亮的研究兴趣是图的色对称函数的正性分类问题，即确定图的色对称函数是否具有e-正性或Schur正性，曾与合作者给出图的色对称函数的任一Schur系数的组合计算公式，用于高效判别给定的图不具备Schur正性。王国亮曾主持三项国家自然科学基金，现任中国运筹学会图论组合分会理事。
